I have a strong background in business management, leadership, services development and innovation, with 25 years of experience in the government field . Throughout my career, I have been passionate about driving innovation, improving leadership effectiveness, and implementing strategic solutions to complex business challenges.
My decision to pursue a DBA at ISC Paris was driven by my desire to bridge the gap between academic research and practical business applications. My Thesis topic is “Transformational Leadership and Innovative Work Behaviour in the United Arab Emirates Government Entities: The Mediating Role of Organizational Learning”. My research has had a profound impact on my career by enhancing my ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation. Through my studies, I have gained a deeper understanding of how leadership styles influence employee creativity, Organizational learning , and overall performance. This has allowed me to implement evidence-based leadership strategies in my professional role, leading to improved team dynamics and increased innovation within my organization.
Additionally, my research has positioned me as a subject matter expert, opening new opportunities for consulting, speaking engagements, and academic collaborations.
