ISC Paris research seminars: at the crossroads of teaching and research

ISC Paris held its first research seminar for the 2024-2025 academic year on 17 October, marking the start of a series of enriching events for its academic community.

During the event, Catherine Lejealle and Carole Bataillard, professors at ISC Paris, shared the results of their latest publications in leading French and international journals:

Sophie Senpau Roca and Belgin Bilge, professors at ISC Paris, who worked on the case of the luxury brand Perola Preta, also gave a striking example. Their study, published by the Centrale des Cas et de Médias Pédagogiques (CCMP) in 2022, focuses on the creation of a digital communications strategy for this top-of-the-range swimwear brand.

The importance of research at ISC Paris

Research is an essential pillar of ISC Paris. It plays a crucial role in the development of management knowledge and educational innovation.

Impact on teaching and the school’s reputation

Research at ISC Paris not only makes it possible to develop a body of knowledge in line with current management issues, but also to ensure that teaching is regularly updated. It also contributes to the school’s reputation through publications in leading academic and professional journals, presentations at conferences and media appearances.

The role of the research laboratory

The ISC Paris Research Laboratory, under the direction of Nabil Ghantous, plays a central role in the coordination and development of the school’s research activities.

Outlook for 2024-2025

For this new year, the Research Laboratory has introduced four new meeting formats to further stimulate research and collaboration:

  1. Publication support
  2. Sharing and discovering new methods and theories
  3. Practical training workshops
  4. Dialogue with professionals

These initiatives demonstrate ISC Paris’ ongoing commitment to academic excellence and its desire to remain at the forefront of management research.
