The 6th edition of Impact Week

ISC Paris recently organised its 6th Impact Week, a flagship event that embodies the school’s values of commitment, innovation and responsibility. This action-packed week enabled students from the Paris and Orléans campuses to immerse themselves in the crucial issues of our time, while developing their skills and civic awareness.

A diverse and committed programme

The ISC Paris Action Learning Lab offered a range of workshops reflecting ISC Paris’ commitment to the environment and social inclusion:

Campus Paris

  • The Climate Fresco, raising awareness of climate issues
  • A Clean Walk, illustrating the importance of concrete action
  • Workshops on sign language and Braille, promoting inclusion
  • A conference-debate on the environment

Orléans Campus

  • An introduction to para-equestrianism, promoting inclusive sport
  • A workshop on ‘Becoming inclusive by changing the way you look at things’.
  • A conference on poverty and social determinism
  • The Inequalities Monopoly, to understand socio-economic disparities

Innovative and participative activities

Impact Week also focused on the active involvement of students through an impact challenge organised by members of Student Enterprise:

  • A workshop to create environmentally friendly energy bars
  • The Humanitarian Challenge with Human ISC
  • A workshop to raise awareness of child poverty with Aide Mondiale

International and entrepreneurial focus

True to its international and entrepreneurial vision, the school has incorporated these dimensions into the week’s programme:

  • A ‘Round the World’ workshop on inclusion and diversity, run in English by Cosmopol
  • An inspiring conference by Inspeer to explore new career paths
  • The participation of Deli Sphère, a student company on the Orléans campus, in leading the lunch breaks.

A commitment in line with the values of ISC Paris

Impact Week is a perfect illustration of the fundamental values of ISC Paris:

  1. Responsibility: by tackling issues such as ecology and inclusion, the school trains leaders who are aware of the challenges facing society.
  2. Innovation: the varied formats (escape games, frescoes, challenges) demonstrate the school’s creative approach to learning.
  3. Openness: the diversity of themes covered reflects the open-mindedness cultivated at ISC Paris.
  4. Excellence: the quality and relevance of the presentations reflect the school’s high standards.

The 6th edition of Impact Week offered students an enriching experience, combining theory and practice thanks to the Action Learning teaching model, preparing them to become responsible and committed players.

See you in 2025 for the 7th edition!
