The Master of science in Human Resources Management and Organisational Transformation is designed for dynamic people who are sensitive to the human dimension, interested in transforming companies and developing employees, and with a strong taste for management and leadership. 

The MSc Human Resources and Organisational Transformation programme prepares you for careers in human resources management, enabling you to become an expert capable of working in large national groups, SMEs and international companies. It focuses on strategic issues, the importance of human performance in the organisation and well-being in the workplace. By the end of the course, you will be able to improve human resources management policies and practices, demonstrate your ability to listen to and guide teams and be a proactive partner to top management. 

 

The MSc Human Resources and Organisational Transformation is available on the Paris campus. The MSc, BBA and DBA programmes are run by ISC Paris Global Programs.

How much does the Master of Science cost ?

MSc Regular Track

  • Students who hold EU citizenship: 20 000 euros
  • Students who do not hold EU citizenship: supplement of 1 000 euros

MSc Fast Track

  • Students who hold EU citizenship: 13 850 euros
  • Students who do not hold EU citizenship: supplement of 1 000 euros
For students outside the European Union, reduction corresponding to 10% of the amount of tuition fees for the coming year if:
  • MSc Regular Track and Fast Track: registration and payment of the deposit before 10/31/2025
  • Terms: Reductions will be deducted from the last payment for the current year.
